Arctic services are excellent!!!! I have called them over the years for both big and small jobs. They are a small family owned operation, not corporate;Tom is the owner. You know who’s coming to your door & you’re not paying those very high corporate business prices . They are do quality work, and are reliable, friendly and very knowledge in their industry . These are some of the things I’ve had done over the years. Recently they repiped/rezoned my boiler for a bigger and better water heater system, they installed a whole home water filtration system, amongst smaller jobs such as installation of a new kitchen faucet, toilet woes, & new ducts for my dryer ventilation, and much more. When there’s an issue, I call they come; I know who I’m getting. I trust Tom and his crew in my home for all my heating & plumbing concerns. I will continue to call. Amy , Lindenhurst Home Owner

Tom came to my house to fix a few plumbing issues. Very professional and knowledgeable. Showed me everything he was doing to ensure I knew exactly how things were running. Highly recommend him!

Tom showed up to my house for an emergency call on a Sunday morning. He worked tirelessly for seven hours until my home was warm with hot water. I am so grateful for finding him and his professionalism on a cold Sunday. Do not hesitate to call Arctic Home Services they are honest and get the job done!

When we came back from vacation we discovered we had no heat. It was right after the blizzard and extreme colds! Arctic Homes was there the next day and wouldn’t leave until the problem was fixed! They were professional, friendly, clean and honest! They had our heat up and running within hours of the call. They always do an amazing job!

Tom came highly recommended by my neighbor. when I contacted him he responded right away. We had an emergency sink situation. Tom was very professional and personable,did an outstanding job.
